Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I want to register for a class but will need to miss a class or two. Is that ok?
A: We strongly recommend that students attend all classes. If you plan on missing more than one class, it is advised to wait and register for a course at a time when you’ll likely be able to attend all sessions. If you’ve already registered and know you will miss a class in advance, please contact the instructor.

Q: How much meditation experience is required?
A: No previous meditation experience is required, although willingness to practice daily meditation is a key component of the training.

Q: Is the CCT program like a therapy?
A: No. CCT program is educational and is not meant to treat psychological or other disorders. It is not intended to replace professional care.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Full refunds minus the processing fee ($25) will be issued if we receive your cancellation request any time before the course starts and also after the first class – as long as one of the facilitators is notified at least two days before the second class of the course.
